(4) In this subsection: (A) The term “intelligence program”, with respect to the acquisition of a major system, means a program that— (i) is carried out to acquire such major system for an element of the intelligence community; and (ii) is funded in whole out of amounts available for the National Intelligence Program. (B) The term “major system” has the meaning given such term in section 109 of title 41 .
